Wirescape is a live VJ performance, featuring real-time and audio-responsive visuals in a dark cyber world.
Audio is taken as input, making the visual reacts in real time to music or soundscape.
At some point the mountains drift away, revealing the polygon matters of the environment, and making the visual look like cloth, or boiling fragments of dislocated worlds.
During the performance, movements, speed, distortions, and many others parameters are driven in real time thanks to a custom touch controller.
The performance is almost impossible to reproduce: during the show, I move around this world using video-game like controls. It is very easy to get lost is this dark world, and at each performance I discover new places and parameters combinations.
